Tildens Grove takes the number two spot on our list of Windermere communities showing value. One of the few newer communities in the heart of Windermere, Tildens Grove was built in the early 2000 to 2007 and located along West Lake Butler Road. A gated community with many of the homes situated on a half to an acre lot. A large number of these estates have water views of one of the two community ponds or lake front on Lake William Davis.
Elegant open floor plans from 3,000 up to 7.000 square feet of living space built by Aurther Ruttenberg and a few other local custom builders and many homes feature top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hidden walk in pantries, spacious master suites and tranquil screened pools and spas with large lanais.
Home prices in the peak of the market were going well in the 900’s and into the millions but today a buyer can find one of these estate homes in the 500’s.
